Videotaping the evidence:
Only through the "magic" of video can the judge and jury be taken to the four corners of the earth, if necessary, to obtain the most accurate and reliable evidence. Video eliminates the confines of time and space. A video deposition can demonstrate exactly what happened to the plaintiff. By video taping the evidence, the entire jury can view it at the same time removing the necessity of passing pictures throughout. It also eliminates expensive "blow ups" of documents, pictures, charts, etc.
A radiologist, a lab technician, an engineer, etc. are foundational witnesses who can effectively testify on video and present a more specific analysis of an important exhibit. This video presentation can reduce uncertainty and make the trial more interesting. I will assist you with this type of video and all the possibilities it offers.
In addition, I provide Forensic Photography and Forensic Audio services. For example, taking photographs of a crime scene 17 months after the fact to enable the defense lawyer to better show the Judge what the witnesses were talking about in a suppression motion. (Layout of the scene, relation of several houses to each other and to the street, driveways, etc.). Or audio enhancement for example: a DWI stop by a police officer using a camera & wireless mike setup to record the inebriated driver and half of the sound is inaudible but it will be improved with our sound engineer.
