JPS LEGAL VIDEO

As an example, Michael, legal videographer in Colorado sent me this testimony:
“I just did a deposition where the deponent wished he had done some of the pre-construction videos. Some people died because of a faulty construction. He was one of the contractors that worked on the job. Guess his crew was not at fault but the lawyers were sure trying to pin it on him. (Guess he was the only one that had any money left.)
Anyway..... I think it would have been nice to have a bit of video and pictures by an independent 3rd party to show what exactly his crew did and did not do before starting any work. You cannot cover everyone else. But these days you sure have to cover yourself.

Quality projects, on time and on budget.

To record conditions before any materials are delivered and before any work begins. This includes but is not limited to interiors of homes and businesses, driveways, foundations, sidewalks, landscaping, utilities, manholes, existing conditions in ditches, ponding in crop fields, curbs and road surfaces. Those video surveys are insurance for these companies. It is also important that the video is shot by a disinterested third party.
Contractors can be more confident their liabilities will be minimized when they approach a job site before or after other contractors have been there, and are more responsive in correcting complaints when they are conclusively proven. Property owners, aware that an accurate record is available, are restricted from making fraudulent or exaggerated claims. It is a cost-effective insurance that saves time and money for all parties, and can help preserve your valuable reputation.
